Stephen Cork and Joanne Milner were appointed Joint Administrators of Environ Group (Investments) Plc (in Administration) on 8 February 2012.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the joint administrators, who act as the agents of the Company and contract without personal liability

 Environ Group (Investments) plc ("The Group") is a holding company focused on acquiring companies within the UK's Support Services Sector.

The Group's investment strategy is to support organic growth within the existing subsidiaries and to strategically acquire growing, profitable and cash generative companies with turnover of up to £20 million.

Each of our subsidiaries operate independently, however, they benefit from the financial strength of being part of a larger quoted Group with a highly experienced Board.  The Board are focussed on developing operational synergies as the group prospers.
